2014 Caol Ila 10 Year Old Single Barrel Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky $65.99
Finished in a luscious Pedro Ximenez cask and bottled a 53.7% ABV cask strength, this ultra-dark single barrel of Caol Ila brings all of the classic Islay salinity, peat, and brine, yet those characteristics are rounded and softened by the toffee-laden coating of sweetness imparted by the Sherry.
Caol Ila is one of Islay’s most beloved distilleries, both because of its smoky, maritime flavors and because of its incredible consistency. This ten year old single barrel expression showcases the pure phenolic attributes that peat lovers adore—smoked fruits, sea salt, and burnt peat—then combines those textbook Islay notes with dark chocolate, toffee, and toasted nuts. At full proof, the symphony of those incredible flavors is amplified and incredibly robust.

Finished in a luscious Palo Cortado cask and bottled a 54.3% ABV cask strength, the richness and creamy sweetness of Benrinnes Highland single malt whisky is on full display with this full proof, single barrel edition.
Benrinnes has long been an over-achiever in the the Scotch whisky world, relatively unknown by most single malt drinkers. Used mostly for the production of blended Scotch whisky, only the most devout single malt fans have sought out these rare single barrel editions. Oily stone fruits, tangy honey, and orange marmalade meld together with flavors of candied nuts and toasted crême brulée on the palate.
This particular barrel yielded just 252 total bottles, making it incredibly limited in terms of availability.
2014 Inchgower 10 Year Old Single Barrel Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky $65.99
Finished in a luscious Oloroso cask and bottled a 54.9% ABV cask strength, this single barrel of Inchgower is for fans of the darker, sweeter, rounder Sherry bomb style of malt whisky.
Inchgower isn’t a house hold name in the world of Scotch whisky, primarily used in the recipes of the Johnnie Walker blends, and rarely seen as a stand-alone single malt. Brown sugar, spice cake, and dark chocolate make up the core components of decadence in this high-powered whisky. The boldness of the cask strength proof only dials those flavors up even more.
This particular barrel yielded just 203 total bottles, making it incredibly limited in terms of availability.
2011 Teaninich 12 Year Old
"Orange County Soccer Club” Single Barrel Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky $99.99
As part of our collaboration with the Orange County Soccer Club, this 12 year old cask strength edition of Teaninich showcases a Pedro Ximenez Sherry-finished single barrel expression from the famed Highland distillery that delivers incredible richness and concentration with just the right amount of punch.
Bottled at 52% ABV, the combination of power and weight is a thing of absolute beauty in this robust and mouth-filling single malt. Dried fruits, cocoa powder, holiday spices, and sticky toffee pudding are prominent on the palate with plenty of spice on the finish from the 104 proof.
Bottled exclusively for the Orange County Soccer Club as part of our collaboration, just 225 total bottles were sealed from this outstanding cask of Teaninich. Founded in 1817, the Highland distillery is known for its contributions to many famous blended Scotch whiskies over the years, but often shines on its own as a stand-alone malt whisky.
2002 Glen Moray 16 Year Old Single Malt Whisky $90.99
Glen Moray is one of Scotland’s best loved single malt whiskies. It has been crafted since 1897 in the ancient town of Elgin, the capital of the Speyside whisky region, on what was once the Elgin West Brewery site on the banks of the River Lossie. Pure waters from the river, malted barley, distillation in traditional copper stills and maturation in American ex-bourbon casks combine to give the whisky its smooth, well-balanced, classic Speyside character.
Alexander Murray & Co presents a fine expression of Speyside whisky, produced at Glen Moray Distillery in 2002. The River Lossie provides a plentiful supply of fast flowing water to the distillery and has done since 1897 when it was founded.
Aged in American oak for 16 years, this whisky is as soft and gentle as they come. Floral and fragrant on the nose, followed by notes of creamy vanilla and butter on the palate. A medium length and sweet finish awaits.
